Lymphatic drainage is part of the approach across all three machines at Pontewapa. Sara will explain the session and help you choose the machine that best fits your goals. Ask the studio about suitability before your first visit.
Come in comfortable clothing. You will be guided through your first session and can ask for adjustments as you go.
