Annual negotiation completed
We have now reached an agreement with Hyresgästföreningen in the annual rent negotiations. The general increase in the monthly rent is 1.5% with a supplement of SEK 42 per apartment. The surcharge relates to the increased fixed charge in the water tariff per apartment per month. The new rent came into effect from 1/4-20 and we will therefore charge your April monthly rent retroactively.
